Well, even before the game ends, it changed a lot. Some of them were making jokes on the internet, with montages (also called "memes") of pictures from the game. Some others even worse, they started to hate their own country because of the loss, some of them even burning their flags in the middle of the street, to show their hate.
But there is also those who still have good sportsmanship, like this old man, that even being sad for the lost game, he gave his trophy to a german girl, wishing her good luck in the finals.
By the way, he took that same trophy with him in his travels to other 3 World Cups (2010, 1998, 1994), which means that the trophy has even more value that just an usual object, it is like a legacy, passed from him to the girl.
